Key Responsibilities

- Manage and optimize product listings on Amazon Marketplace.
- Create, update, and maintain product catalogues, attributes, images, and content.
- Plan and execute Amazon deals, coupons, promotions, and pricing updates.
- Monitor listing health, inventory status, suppressed listings, and catalog issues.
- Support product uploads, variations, and catalog management across marketplaces.
- Manage and update product listings on Flipkart and other e-commerce platforms.
- Process and manage Shopify orders, returns, exchanges, and customer requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate product information and inventory updates.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Perform data entry, product uploads, bulk updates, and marketplace maintenance activities.
- Track marketplace performance, pricing competitiveness, and operational metrics.
- Handle general e-commerce operations and marketplace-related tasks as assigned.

Required Skills :

- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace operations.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
- Experience with Flipkart Seller Hub and Shopify preferred.
- Robust working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
- Good typing speed with high accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and data management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
