Position : Purchase Assistant Industry : Electrical Manufacturing / Railway Services Location : Lucknow Department : Procurement / Purchase Experience : 0-1 Years Qualification : BBA / MBA / B.Com / Supply Chain Management or related field

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities :

- Assist in procurement of electrical and railway-related materials, components, and consumables.
- Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) as per company requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, delivery schedules, and payment follow-ups.
- Compare quotations and maintain procurement records.
- Monitor stock levels and support inventory planning.
- Follow up with stores, production, and accounts departments for smooth material flow.
- Maintain proper documentation of invoices, GRNs, purchase records, and vendor databases.




- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and railway project requirements.

Required Skills :

- Basic knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and ERP software.
- Solid organizational and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of electrical items/components will be an added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor’s degree in BBA, B.Com, MBA, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Freshers can apply; prior experience in purchase/procurement preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing or railway-related industries will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
