Job Summary : The Restaurant Assistant plays a key role in supporting both kitchen and service operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the restaurant while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, efficiency, and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Assist in daily restaurant operations including kitchen prep and service support
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining, kitchen, and service areas
- Support service staff during busy hours to ensure quick and efficient service
- Assist in table setup, clearing, and maintaining presentation standards
- Handle basic guest requests professionally and promptly
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
- Assist in stock handling, storage, and inventory organization
- Ensure all tasks are completed as per operational standards and timelines




- Basic knowledge of restaurant or hospitality operations
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Physically active and able to handle operational tasks
- Prior experience in a restaurant or café is an added advantage
