We are looking for an energetic and guest-focused F&B; Assistant Manager to manage daily restaurant and food service operations, ensure excellent guest experience, and support smooth team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant and room service operations
- Supervise and guide F&B; staff
- Ensure guest satisfaction and handle complaints professionally
- Maintain hygiene, service, and presentation standards
- Monitor inventory and reduce wastage
- Coordinate with kitchen and other departments
- Support billing, reporting, and shift scheduling
Requirements :
- 2-5 years of experience in hotel or restaurant operations
- Positive communication and team handling skills
- Basic knowledge of inventory and POS systems
- Hospitality-oriented and hands-on approach
Preferred Qualification
Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred.
