Overview

- Prepare export documentation for shipments.
- Communicate with appropriate departments including Transport providers, Freight Forwarders, Brokers, Vendors etc.
- Co-ordinate with factory and stores for dispatch of material.
- Ensure timely processing of export shipments documents with the logistics providers and banks.
- Submit timely document instructions to freight forwarders etc. for smooth transition of shipment.
- Maintain export files in an organized and catalogued system.
- Prepare bank reconciliation and co-ordinate with the bank for the same.
- Ensure compliance with export laws and regulations.
- Maintain all the export-related documents, including clients’ files.
- Should follow-up with custom house agent for custom clearance of the shipment.
- Maintain records and get the renewals of all export-related licenses and documents.

Qualification

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Education :

- Bachelor's (preferred)
