The Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing all daily operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring production targets, quality standards, safety compliance, and cost efficiency are achieved. The role involves managing production teams, optimizing plant performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end plant operations including production, maintenance, quality, warehouse, and dispatch
- Ensure achievement of production targets while maintaining product quality standards
- Implement and monitor health, safety, and environmental policies
- Reduce downtime and improve machine efficiency
- Develop and manage plant budgets, operating costs, and resource utilization
- Lead workforce planning, training, and performance management
- Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance activities
- Monitor KPIs such as productivity, OEE, rejection rates,



and inventory levels
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM, and Six Sigma initiatives
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with procurement, supply chain, and senior management for operational planning
- Prepare operational reports and performance analysis for leadership review

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical Engineering, or related field
- MBA in Operations Management preferred
- 8-15 years of experience in manufacturing/plant operations
- Minimum 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role

Pay: ₹19,842.46 - ₹40,000.00 per month
