Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake breads, rolls, pastries, cakes, cookies, and other baked goods.
- Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes.
- Decorate cakes and pastries using various techniques.
- Develop current recipes and seasonal menu items.
- Monitor oven temperatures and baking times.
- Ensure all products meet quality and presentation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and equipment.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Manage inventory and order baking supplies when needed.
- Train and supervise junior bakers or assistants (if applicable).
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
