The Assistant Manager - Accounts will be responsible for end-to-end accounting operations , statutory compliance, and financial reporting with strong working knowledge of MARG accounting software , preferably in Pharma / Nutraceutical / Distribution-based businesses .

Key Responsibilities Accounts & Billing

- Handle day-to-day accounting entries in MARG software

- Maintain Books of Accounts , including sales, purchase, receipts, payments, and journal entries

- Ensure ledger scrutiny and reconciliation (customers, vendors, banks)

- Monitor accounts receivable & payable :

- Billing of Orders, Proforma invoice, coordination with operations and logistics team.

MARG Software Responsibilities

- Complete handling of MARG ERP / Accounting Software :

- Generate sales, purchase, stock, batch-wise & expiry reports :

- Manage party masters, product masters, tax structures :

- Support management with MIS & financial reports from MARG

Inventory & Cost Control

- Monitor stock accounting , batch tracking, expiry management
- Coordinate with stores/sales team for stock reconciliation
- Assist in cost analysis & margin tracking

MIS & Reporting





- Prepare monthly MIS reports , P&L; support data

- Assist in budgeting & variance analysis :

- Provide reports to management for decision-making

Key Skills & Competencies

- Strong hands-on experience in MARG Software (mandatory)

- Good knowledge of GST, TDS & accounting standards :

- Experience in Pharma / Nutra / FMCG distribution accounting preferred

- Robust analytical & reconciliation skills

- Ability to coordinate with auditors, consultants & internal teams

Educational Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com
