The Store Incharge / Assistant Store Manager in a hospitality setup is responsible for overseeing all store operations, including receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining inventory for departments like kitchen, housekeeping, and engineering. The role ensures accurate stock records, proper documentation, and strict control over inventory movement to prevent wastage, pilferage, and cost overruns. They coordinate closely with purchase, kitchen, and other departments to maintain optimal stock levels, follow FIFO/FEFO practices, and support overall operational efficiency while ensuring compliance with audit and hygiene standards.

Pay: ₹9,346.93 - ₹25,000.00 per month
