Lil Dew Drops, a premium early-age child development & life skills learning centre, is looking for enthusiastic Teachers/Educators to join our growing team.

We conduct highly interactive, activity-based programs focused on confidence, communication, creativity, emotional intelligence, thinking skills, and holistic child development for children aged 2-12 years.

Role Includes :

- Conducting engaging, hands-on sessions & classroom activities
- Supporting classroom setup, organization & smooth session flow
- Capturing classroom photos/videos & assisting with app updates/documentation
- Observing and supporting children’s emotional and developmental growth
- Contributing to centre operations with a flexible, team-first attitude

Position Details:

- Position: Lead / Assistant Mentor
- Location: Kandivali West
- Timings: 8.30 AM to 2.00 PM / 2.30 PM - 7.30 PM

Preferred Skills:

- ECCEd or Early Childhood Education background




- Prior Teaching Experience in one or more areas: Life Skills, Communication Skills, Storytelling, Creative Writing, Kids’ Yoga (preferred)
- Strong English communication & child engagement skills
- Creative, energetic, expressive, flexible & enthusiastic personality
- Passion for working with children and innovative teaching methods
