In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the full spectrum of operational activities, from process design and implementation to team leadership and performance monitoring, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.This critical position requires a leader with a strategic mindset and a proven ability to optimizecomplex processes and manage high-performing teams to meet and exceed businessobjectives.What You'll Do (Responsibilities)In this role, you will:● Operational Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute strategic operational goals andobjectives, utilizing data analytics to establish and report on key performance indicators(KPIs) to drive efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.● Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal departments (e.G., Sales,Marketing, HR, Finance, IT, Product Development), vendors, and stakeholders to ensureseamless cross-functional alignment and resolve issues, acting as a critical liaison tooptimize overall business flow.● Compliance and Process Optimization: Design, document, and implement efficientoperational processes, ensuring continuous compliance with all relevant industrystandards, regulations (including labor laws specific to India),



and internal policies.What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)The ideal candidate will have:● 15+ years of progressive experience in an operations management role, with a proventrack record of managing and optimizing complex operational processes.● Solid knowledge of operational methodologies and continuous improvementframeworks, such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile.● Proven ability in leading, managing, and developing high-performing teams, coupledwith exceptional communication and financial acumen for effective budget management.● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field;
