Job Opening: Area Sales Manager Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh **Industry:
- FMCG (Food -Industry) Education: Bachelor's Salary: 35k to 45k (Depends on interview)
Responsibilities :
1. Achieve sales targets and expand distributor/retailer network.
2. Manage distributors, monitor ROI, collections, and trade promotions.
3. Lead, train, and motivate a team of Sales Executives.
4. Track competitor activities and provide market insights.
5. Coordinate with Supply Chain & Marketing for product availability and visibility.
Requirements :
1. Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred).
2. 5-8 years of FMCG sales experience with 2-3 years as ASM/Team Lead.
3. Robust knowledge of Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh part of the state markets.
4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
5. Willingness to travel extensively.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
