Flax Healthy Living is a rapidly growing healthy food brand with a presence across Mumbai and Bangalore. We offer nutritious and delicious salads, super bowls, wraps, sandwiches, cold-pressed juices, and healthy meal solutions. We partner with corporates to provide employee meal programs, office catering, wellness initiatives, and bulk food solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
- Generate new corporate leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships.
- Manage relationships with HR, Administration, Procurement, and Facility Management teams.
- Drive sales for corporate meal programs, office catering, events, subscriptions, and bulk orders.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product tasting sessions.
- Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements.
- Track sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts through CRM tools.
- Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure seamless client servicing.




- Identify new market opportunities and expansion channels.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in Corporate Sales, B2B Sales, Institutional Sales, Hospitality Sales, Catering Sales, or Food Service Sales.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing a sales team.
- Strong network within corporate organizations is preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to travel within Mumbai for client meetings.
