We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and market share. Handle customer inquiries and convert leads into confirmed bookings. Monitor daily sales activities and ensure timely follow-up on all leads. Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, corporate partners, and travel agents. Coordinate with the Operations team to ensure seamless execution of booked tours. Analyze sales reports, customer feedback, and market trends to identify growth opportunities. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and generate regular sales performance reports. Ensure high standards of customer service before, during, and after travel. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.



4-8 years of experience in Travel & Tourism Sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in managing a sales team and achieving revenue targets. Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Solid leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office. Preferred Skills Experience in group tour sales and customized holiday packages. Ability to work in a target-driven environment. Excellent customer relationship management skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to train, coach, and develop team members.
