The Senior Manager, Vx Data Governance and Enablement will lead and oversee the suite of products** essential to the success of Vaccines Data Strategy, including:

- Vaccelerator Data Community SharePoint Site

- Vaccines Data Training Curriculum

- Vx Data Governance

- U.S. Vaccines Tableau Site

- Vx Data Stewardship

- Vx Data Tech Stack - Primary :

- Data Education and Training : Manage the data knowledge base for Vx Commercial data using the Vaccelerator platform, ensuring it is user-friendly and accessible to all team members. Develop and deliver transparent, engaging educational materials and training sessions to enhance data fluency across the team. Create and maintain a compelling library of communications, training materials, and recorded sessions to support ongoing learning and development and advance the analytics maturity of the U.S. Commercial Vx BU.

- Data Governance : Oversee the establishment and maintenance of data standards, ensuring data integrity, quality, and compliance with relevant regulations. Lead the Vx Data Governance Council, providing strategic alignment on data and analytics across the U.S. Commercial Vx BU and supporting functions. - Secondary :

- Data Enablement and Access : Facilitate access to data through Tableau Self-Service and Data Depot, enabling users to leverage data assets effectively. Maintain platform availability and scale these tools to provide access to new data assets.

- Data Stewardship : Lead Vx customer data stewardship in close partnership with Digital MDM and Vx BU stakeholders to ensure customer data is of the highest quality and supports customer contracting discounts, reporting, segmentation, targeting, and related needs.

- Innovation :



Pioneer new capabilities using Gen AI and other advances in AI to enable faster decision-making across the U.S. Commercial Vx BU.

Required :

- Bachelors or Masters in Operations Research, Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Programming or relevant fields :

- 9+ years of relevant experience in Data strategy, Data management, and/or Commercial analytics, ideally in the biopharma or healthcare industry. :

- Deep understanding of key data types and sources used for vaccines commercial analytics.

- Robust knowledge of core data integration and data model design approaches.

- Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives spanning business and technical teams to deliver complex data solutions.

- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs and analytical approaches into clear, actionable data strategies and solutions.

- Experience partnering with Digital/IT functions to implement robust, production-level data solutions.
