### Key Responsibilities

1. Handle purchasing of raw materials, machinery parts, tools, consumables, and other factory requirements.
2. Identify and develop recent suppliers and vendors.
3. Obtain quotations from multiple suppliers and compare prices, quality, and delivery terms.
4. Negotiate with vendors to ensure competitive pricing and timely delivery.
5. Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) as per company requirements.
6. Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials.
7. Coordinate with Production, Store, Quality, and Accounts Departments.
8. Monitor stock levels and arrange materials to avoid production delays.
9. Maintain purchase records, vendor details, quotations, and purchase reports.
10. Verify purchase invoices, delivery challans, and material specifications.
11. Handle supplier complaints, material shortages, and quality-related issues.
12. Ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining quality standards.

### Required Skills





- Good knowledge of purchasing and vendor management.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience in raw material and industrial purchasing.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, ERP, and Purchase Order processing.
- Ability to compare quotations and analyze purchase costs.
- Knowledge of inventory management and GST documentation.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.

Qualification: Graduate / (link removed) / BBA / MBA or equivalent.

Experience: 2 5 years preferred, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering industry.
