Designation : Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager (ASM) Location : Rajkot Salary : ₹40,000 - ₹50,000 + Incentives Industry : Dental Industry | Jewellery Industry | Healthcare / Medical Equipment Supply

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Manage and grow sales in assigned territory.
- Build strong relationships with dealers, distributors, hospitals, dental clinics, jewellery manufacturers, and corporate clients.
- Generate new business opportunities and convert leads into sales.
- Handle key accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and client meetings.
- Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and reporting.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities.
- Lead and support sales team activities (where applicable).
- Achieve monthly and annual sales objectives.
- Experience :



Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales management / territory sales.
- Experience in Dental Industry, Jewellery Industry, Healthcare Equipment, Medical Equipment, or related industries preferred.
- Strong B2B sales and business development experience.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage dealers, distributors, and key customers.
- Result-oriented approach with robust market understanding.
