With thousands of happy customers across the UK and Europe, we are now looking to strengthen our marketing team. We already have a highly experienced Senior Google Ads Manager, and we’re looking for a second expert to join the team to help us scale further. The Role

You’ll be working directly alongside our Senior Google Ads Manager, focusing on managing and optimising high-budget ad campaigns across Google Ads. Your role will involve: Strategising, creating, and managing PPC campaigns with significant monthly spend.

Analysing performance data, identifying trends, and delivering actionable insights.

Reporting on campaign performance with clear recommendations for scaling.

Working closely with the marketing team to align ad campaigns with business goals.

Testing new ad formats, audiences, and bidding strategies to drive continuous growth.

Assisting in A/B testing landing pages and creatives to improve conversions. What We’re Looking For

We’re only considering applicants with proven,



high-level Google Ads experience. You must: Have managed large-scale budgets (£50k+/month) with a track record of robust ROI.

Be confident in campaign structure, optimisation, scaling, and troubleshooting.

Possess excellent analytical skills with the ability to present reports clearly.
