- Lead Generation & Conversion : Oversee the creation of promotional campaigns to attract leads, and collaborate with sales staff to turn them into paying customers.
- Team Leadership : Recruit, train, and mentor marketing and sales staff, setting transparent KPIs and conducting performance reviews.
- Budget Management : Prepare and manage budgets for the sales and marketing departments, ensuring a high return on investment (ROI).
- Market Analysis : Monitor consumer behavior, industry trends, and competitor activity to adjust sales quotas and marketing messaging.
- Reporting : Present regular performance metrics—such as sales figures, conversion rates, and campaign ROI—to senior stakeholders.
