Job Description: Purchase Manager

Job Location :Thane

Working Time :9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Experience Required: 2-7 years in Purchase & Procurement

Objective

To ensure the right materials and services are procured at the right time, from the right source, at the most competitive price, while maintaining quality and compliance.

Role Summary

The Purchase Manager will manage end-to-end procurement operations, vendor relationships, cost optimization, and logistics coordination in line with company policies and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sourcing and purchasing strategies
- Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and manage suppliers and vendors
- Ensure cost control, budget adherence, and maximum savings
- Maintain an approved vendor database
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and credit terms
- Ensure timely material delivery to project sites
- Monitor procurement KPIs and expenditure reports




- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations
- Oversee logistics planning to minimize logistics costs
- Lead and guide the purchase and logistics team

Performance Metrics

- Cost savings against budgets
- Timely and accurate deliveries
- Vendor credit optimization
- Material reconciliation accuracy

Required Skills & Attributes

- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to handle pressure and lead teams effectively
- Sound knowledge of procurement and logistics processes

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
