Position Overview

POG (Print On Go) is building Tamil Nadu’s most unique Branding, Printing & Marketing Experience Centre. We are seeking a dynamic Business Development & Experience Centre Manager who embodies an intrapreneurial spirit—someone who thrives on ownership, growth, and creating impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Growth : Drive business expansion across Tamil Nadu through strategic initiatives.
- Revenue Generation : Develop and execute plans to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability.
- Customer Journey Ownership : Manage the entire cycle from quotation → order → production → delivery → repeat business.
- Relationship Building : Cultivate strong client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership : Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team.
- Problem Solving : Address challenges with creative solutions to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Printing, Branding, Signage, Advertising, or Packaging industries.




- Background in entrepreneurship, retail stores, or branded showrooms preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with a customer-centric approach .
- Target-driven mindset with proven ability to deliver results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Growth-oriented thinker with the ability to scale operations.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

- Tiruchchirappalli, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
