Job Title: OPD/IPD Manager

Job Type : Full-time Experience : 3-7 Years (Hospital Management Experience Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations of OPD and IPD departments.
- Ensure smooth patient flow, admissions, transfers, and discharges.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, diagnostics, billing, and support services.
- Monitor patient satisfaction and resolve escalated concerns promptly.
- Manage departmental staff, schedules, and performance.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, quality standards, and documentation requirements.
- Prepare operational reports and support process improvement initiatives.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Hospital Administration,



Healthcare Management, or related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in hospital operations, preferably in OPD/IPD management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Hospital Management Systems (HMS) and MS Office.
- Ability to manage teams and maintain high standards of patient care and service.

Walk in Interview: 2pm

- 5 pm

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
