Office Timings : 10 AM to 6 PM

We are looking for a dedicated professional to manage GeM (Government e-Marketplace) tendering activities related to:

- Civil Engineering Testing

Construction Material Testing Calibration Services Laboratory & Testing Equipment

Role Overview

This role requires:

- attention to detail

Key Responsibilities

- 1) GeM Tender Handling_

- Search, analyze, and participate in relevant tenders on the GeM portal

- Handle tenders related to:

- Civil Engineering Testing

- Construction Material Testing

- Calibration Services

- Laboratory & Industrial Equipment

- 2) Tender Documentation & Submission_

- Prepare technical and commercial documents for bid submission

- Upload documents and ensure compliance with tender requirements

- Handle bid modifications, corrigendums,



clarifications, and follow-ups

- 3) Tender Analysis & Coordination_

- Maintain records of submitted tenders, quoted prices, and results

- Coordinate with internal departments for:

- pricing

- technical specifications

- certificates

- documentation

- 4) Commercial Understanding_

- pricing decisions

- service selection

- bid strategy

- competitiveness analysis

- Experience handling GeM tenders preferred

- Knowledge of government tendering process

- Good documentation and computer skills

- Strong attention to detail and follow-up ability

- Experience in testing lab / calibration / engineering-related tenders is an advantage
