About the role : We are looking for an experienced Recruiter with a strong track record in hiring pharmaceutical market representatives , including Medical Representatives, Marketing Representatives, and Area Sales Managers . This role focuses on identifying high-performing field sales talent who can drive market penetration and sales growth in the pharmacy/pharmaceutical sector.
Specifically, this role will involve :
- Conduct initial interviews to assess communication skills, market knowledge, and sales capability :
- Coordinate interview schedules and feedback with hiring managers
- Ensure timely offer rollouts, negotiations, and joining follow-ups
- Maintain recruitment data, reports, and hiring trackers
- Support bulk hiring and regional hiring drives when required
