Specific Responsibilities:

- Training/orientation of programme team on MIS
- Daily Telephonic calls to placed youths for MIS validation
- Excel Data entry of findings from validation calls
- Quantitative Weekly analysis of validation calls and sharing of report
- Maintaining data quality of MIS
- Monthly visits to livelihood centers for data Validation and report writing

Reporting to: Impact Manager

Staff Reporting: None

Desired Competencies:

- Understanding of MIS and basic computer Skills
- Basic knowledge of Excel analysis and Word
- Positive communication skills
- Ability to multi task and manage people and time
- Ability to ask the right questions to get the required responses
- Eye for Details and validation
- Excellent team worker




- Can-do attitude and willingness to use own initiative to solve ground level problems
- Well organised working style with good time management skills
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends occasionally as required by programme

Qualification and Experience (essential unless otherwise stated):

- Minimum requirement is Graduation
- Experience of data entry and data analysis
- Experience of maintaining MIS

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
