Field Recruiter - Hiring Prompt

Role : Field Recruiter Location :Kottayam,Thiruvanathapuram,kochi,thrissur. Experience : 1-4 years/fresher

About the Role : Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct on-ground recruitment drives , walk-ins, and campus hiring
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
- Track hiring metrics and maintain recruitment reports

Required Skills :

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a field-based, target-driven workplace :

- Familiarity with local hiring markets and sourcing channels

- Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and tools

- Willingness to travel extensively

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience hiring for blue-collar / bulk / frontline roles :

- Background in staffing agencies or high-volume recruitment

- Graduate in any discipline
