Job Title: IT Recruiter

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Location: Lucknow

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for technical roles such as Developers, Testers, Analysts, Engineers, and Support roles
- Understand job requirements from hiring managers and translate them into effective hiring strategies
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess technical fit
- Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, and onboarding coordination

Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT recruitment
- Good understanding of IT technologies and roles
- Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, Monster, etc.)
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple requirements
- Basic knowledge of recruitment metrics and ATS (preferred) Preferred Skills
