Job Summary : We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support our HR team in end-to-end recruitment activities. This role is ideal for someone who is eager to build a career in Human Resources and gain hands-on exposure to hiring processes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Support in drafting job descriptions and employer branding initiatives
- Conduct initial HR screening calls when required
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers and ensure high satisfaction ratings through timely communication and quality hires.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment processes (preferred)
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
