Job Title : Talent Acquisition Specialist (Bulk Hiring) Location : Lucknow (On-site) (5 days Working) Experience Required : 6 months - 1 year Shift Timing : 03:00 PM IST - 12:00 AM IST (UK Shift)

Job Overview : Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring requirements :

- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews

- Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements

- Ensure timely closure of open positions

Requirements :

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment/talent acquisition
- Experience or exposure to bulk hiring is preferred
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of job portals (Indeed, Naukri, etc.)
- Ability to work in a target-driven and competitive environment
- Willingness to work in UK shift
