Key Responsibilities

- Campaign Management : Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end performance campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Display, PMax) and Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
- Optimization : Monitor daily performance and optimize campaigns (bidding, audience targeting, and creative assets) to meet KPIs such as CAC, ROAS, and CPL.
- Lead Generation : Focus on industrial/B2B lead generation strategies, ensuring a consistent flow of high-intent inquiries.
- A/B Testing : Design and implement rigorous A/B tests for ad copies, landing pages, and creative elements to improve conversion rates.
- Analytics & Reporting : Track and analyze campaign data using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Looker Studio. Provide actionable insights through weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the creative team to develop high-performing ad visuals and copy that resonate with target personas.
- Market Research : Stay updated with the latest trends in performance marketing, algorithm changes,



and competitor strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience : 2-3 years of proven experience in performance marketing or paid media roles.
- Platform Expertise : Deep knowledge of Google Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite is mandatory. Experience with LinkedIn Ads is a plus.
- Technical Proficiency : Solid understanding of tracking setups (GTM, Pixels, Conversion API) and GA4.
- Analytical Mindset : Ability to handle large datasets and derive logical conclusions. Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills.
- Communication : Strong written and verbal communication skills for drafting compelling ad copies.
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
