Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator to support the sales operations of our fire safety and industrial equipment division. The role involves coordinating between the sales team, customers, and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing, timely deliveries, accurate documentation, and high customer satisfaction.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales Coordination & Support

- Coordinate daily sales activities and provide administrative and operational support to the sales team.
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, proforma invoices, and related documentation.
- Follow up on enquiries, orders, deliveries, and payment status with customers.
- Assist sales executives in closing deals by providing required information and coordination support.

Customer Communication

- Communicate order status, delivery timelines, product availability, and pricing details.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and support customer retention efforts.

Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and order details in CRM or ERP systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management review.




- Ensure proper filing and documentation of all sales-related records.

Internal Coordination

- Coordinate with production, dispatch, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Assist in resolving customer issues related to orders, deliveries, or documentation.
- Support marketing and sales campaigns as required.

Compliance & Quality

- Ensure adherence to company policies, fire safety standards, and documentation procedures.
- Maintain accuracy and confidentiality in all sales-related information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales coordination, sales support, or customer service.
- Experience in fire safety, industrial equipment, or technical product sales will be an advantage.
- Solid communication and coordination skills.
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of fire fighting equipment, safety systems, or industrial products.
- Familiarity with quotation preparation, order processing, and dispatch coordination.
- Experience working with contractors, project-based sales, or B2B clients.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,833.37 per month
