Supervision of operational activities in Manufacturing area, Autoclave area as per defined batch manufacturing procedures, aseptic process simulation studies and other studies.

To perform batch preparation and filtration activity at compounding side. To supervise disinfectant solution preparation and filtration activity.

Supervision of cleaning,



operation, validation, calibration and maintenance activities of equipment/ instruments of Autoclave area, Manufacturing area along with their documentation.

Review of documents like attachments/annexure & forms of SOP’s, Technology Transfer Documents (TTD), breakdown, executed batch records to in line of GDCP and regulatory requirement.

Should have experience of Complex Manufacturing injectable.

To ensure compliance of current Good Manufacturing Practices.

To follow Quality Policy and GDCP (Valuable documentation control practices) for all documentations.

Requirements : Qualification : M. Pharm/B. Pharm

Years of Experience : 12 to 15 Years

Experience in Zydus : 03 Years

Experience / Exposure in. (2 points) :Must have Experience of USFDA and experience of complex manufacturing Injectable products.
