Job Title :Digital Marketing Executive (Meta Ads, Google & YouTube Ads Specialist)**

Job Type : Full-Time Experience Required : 1-3 years

About Us : Key Responsibilities :

- Plan, execute & optimize paid ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Search/Display, and YouTube.
- Create ad strategies to drive traffic, leads & conversions .
- Perform A/B testing of creatives, ad copies & targeting.
- Manage ad budgets effectively for maximum ROI.
- Monitor, analyze & report on ad performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager .
- Stay updated with the latest ad trends, bidding strategies & algorithm changes .
- Coordinate with the content & design team for creative ad assets.

Requirements :

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in running Meta Ads,



Google Ads & YouTube Ads .
- Strong understanding of CPC, CPM, CPA, ROAS & Funnel Marketing .
- Proficiency in Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and YouTube Ads dashboard .
- Excellent analytical & communication skills.
- Ability to work independently & deliver results.
