Job Title : Telesales Executive - Real Estate (Female Only)

Job Summary : We are looking for a dynamic Telesales Executive to handle customer inquiries, generate site visit appointments, and support the sales team for real estate projects .

Key Responsibilities :

- Make outbound calls to leads generated through portals, campaigns, and walk-ins
- Handle inbound inquiries related to residential/commercial real estate projects
- Explain project details such as location, pricing, amenities, floor plans, and payment plans
- Qualify leads and schedule site visits for the sales team
- Follow up with prospects regularly to nurture and convert leads
- Maintain accurate customer data and follow-up status in CRM
- Achieve daily calling targets and monthly lead conversion goals




- Coordinate with sales managers for closures

Requirements & Qualifications :

- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred :

- 0-3 years of experience in real estate telesales / telecalling :

- Valuable communication skills in English and local language

- Comfortable with targets and follow-ups
