Position: Revenue Executive Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore Experience: 1-3 years (preferably in fee collections/revenue/accounts) Reporting to: Revenue Manager / Finance Head Role Overview The Revenue Executive will support day-to-day revenue operations including billing, fee collection tracking, reconciliation, and reporting for all 20 centers. The role ensures smooth fee collection processes, timely follow-ups, and accurate reporting to management. Key Responsibilities Fee & Collection Management - Track daily/weekly/monthly fee collections across centers. - Entries in Tally after reconciliation with bank. - Follow up with centers on pending fee dues and provide collection status updates. - Ensure discounts, waivers, and concessions are properly approved and documented.



- Maintain accurate parent/student fee records in the system. Reporting & Analysis - Prepare center-wise fee collection reports and outstanding statements. - Share daily/weekly MIS with the Revenue Manager/Finance team. - Highlight overdue accounts and support in collection drives. Process Support - Assist in reconciliation of collections with bank deposits and system entries. - Coordinate with center administrators for billing/collection queries. - Ensure compliance with fee policies and internal guidelines. Key Skills & Competencies - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial data. - Positive Excel and basic MIS reporting skills. - Strong follow-up and communication skills. - Ability to coordinate with multiple centers and stakeholders. Qualifications & Experience - Graduate in Commerce/Finance/Business Administration. - 1-3 years of experience in fee collections/revenue/accounts (preferably in education, preschool, or service industry). - Familiarity with ERP/fee management software is an advantage. Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
