Position Overview : "Navitas Partners, LLC" is looking for a energetic and results-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive (Corporate Recruiter) to join our growing team in Vadodara . This role is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities while supporting strategic hiring initiatives across multiple departments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and job requirements
- Conduct initial HR screenings and coordinate technical and managerial interview rounds
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs




- Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate data in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Negotiate compensation packages and support onboarding documentation
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining high-quality hiring standards

Required Qualifications :

- 2-3 years of experience in corporate or agency recruitment
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and the complete recruitment lifecycle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
- Proficiency in LinkedIn sourcing and major job portals
- Strong organizational, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills :

- Experience hiring for corporate, IT, healthcare, or professional services roles
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Ability to work independently during night or flexible shifts
