Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns.
- Optimize campaigns to improve leads, conversions, and ROAS.
- Conduct audience research, targeting, and retargeting.
- Perform A/B testing for creatives, copy, and landing pages.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
- Manage ad budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign performance.
- Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Stay updated with the latest Meta Ads features and digital marketing trends.

Requirements :

- 2-3 years of experience in Meta Ads or Performance Marketing.




- Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Meta Business Suite.
- Experience with lead generation, conversion campaigns, and pixel/event tracking.
- Basic understanding of Google Analytics and campaign reporting.
- Analytical mindset with solid problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.

Salary

₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month
