We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to strengthen our digital presence, generate high-quality leads, and enhance brand visibility.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Plan and execute lead generation campaigns across digital platforms.
- Manage and grow the company's presence on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Create, schedule, and optimize engaging content, including social media posts, reels, videos, blogs, and promotional campaigns.
- Plan, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns using Meta Ads, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Improve website visibility and organic traffic through SEO best practices.




- Collaborate with the Sales and Design teams to develop effective marketing campaigns.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, AI marketing tools, and industry best practices.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

- Minimum 7 years of experience in Digital Marketing.

- Proven expertise in lead generation and performance marketing .

- Strong knowledge of:

- SEO & SEM

- Google Ads

- Meta Ads Manager

- LinkedIn Campaign Manager

- Google Analytics

- Content Marketing

- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver measurable results.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or video editing tools.
- Familiarity with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of AI-powered marketing tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
