Job Title: Restaurant Captain - Casual Dining

Responsibilities :

- Follow company values and set a good example for the team.
- Manage your section during the shift and make sure service runs smoothly.
- Check that tables are set up properly and guests are served on time.
- Lead short team meetings and make sure proper handover happens between shifts.
- Take food and drink orders correctly and serve guests politely.
- Suggest and promote special dishes to increase sales.
- Handle guest complaints quickly and respectfully (within 5 minutes).
- Keep records and update the team on daily specials or items not available.
- Help with guest seating and reservations when needed.
- Fill in for the manager when he is not available.
- Guide, support, and correct staff when required, and recommend hardworking team members for appreciation.

Requirements :

- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Captain or 2 years as a Trainee Captain.
- Graduate or diploma in hotel management preferred.




- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Knowledge of food, beverages, and service etiquette.
- Positive attitude, team player, and guest-oriented approach.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Types : Full time, Permanent Pay : ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month (adjustable as per your scale)
