Position Overview : How You Make A Difference: Responsibilities

- Utilize multiple sourcing channels (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks) to identify and attract top talent across mid-to-senior level IT roles within key client accounts and recent business.
- Partner with hiring manager to strategize and plan recruitment efforts for the open positions.
- Collaborate with Sourcing team members to verify strategy for direct sourcing, internet, referral, campus, and agency channels.
- Stay ahead of tech trends to anticipate future needs and advise clients proactively.
- Provide strategic advice to clients on critical hiring and termination decisions, balancing business objectives and labor market considerations.

- Establish strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and key clients to ensure timely responses to contract inquiries, quick turnaround on bids, and smooth contract implementation.

Performance Tracking & Reporting: How You Will Know You Are Successful :

- Achieve, if not exceed, all key performance indicators (KPIs) assigned.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal standards.

Additional Responsibilities

- Mentor and train junior recruitment professionals in the recruitment process, including business and client processes and guidelines related to an outsourced model.

Education :

- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent blend of education and work experience in the staffing industry or other related industry.

Experience :

- 2+ years of recruiting experience is required.
- Experience working for a major staffing firm is preferred.
- Direct employee supervisory experience a plus.
- Solid understanding of enterprise IT ecosystems—especially around AI/ML, ServiceNow, Workday, Salesforce required.

Skills :

- Proven ability to recruit in complex technical environments, especially across cloud platforms, SaaS solutions, and enterprise systems.
- Exceptional relationship management skills and the ability to build and grow connections with people of all types and backgrounds.
- Relentless self-starter.
- Demonstrable knowledge of the staffing industry, market trends, and MSP models.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent telephonic, virtual and in-person communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in multi-tasking and deadline motivated.
- Independent critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
