Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for internal company requirements
- Conduct initial HR screening calls and interview coordination
- Schedule and manage interview processes with hiring managers
- Meet hiring deadlines and recruitment targets

Mandatory Requirements

- Good verbal and written English communication skills
- Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- Solid coordination and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, or LinkedIn
- Comfortable working from office

Educational Qualification





- Any Graduate or MBA HR preferred

Preferred Skills

- Experience in IT or non-IT recruitment
- Knowledge of sourcing techniques and interview coordination
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
