Key Responsiblities:

- Assist the Compliance Officer and Manager in monitoring day-to-day compliance with SEBI (AIF) Regulations, 2012, AIF Master Circular, and other applicable SEBI circulars for Category II AIFs
- Prepare, maintain and track the regulatory compliance calendar for quaterly, annual and event-based filings with SEBI, including periodic reports and other disclosures.
- Handle KYC, AML, and onboarding documentation in line with SEBI and PMLA requirements, coordinating with intermediaries and service providers as needed.

Qualifications:

- CS (Company Secretary) qualified or CS Executive (passed Executive level) from ICSI.
- 0-3 years of experience in compliance, secretarial, fund management or capital markets. Fresher CS/CS Executive with solid interest in AIF/Investment Fund may apply.
- Basic understanding of SEBI Regulations, Companies Act, and preferably SEBI (AIF) Regulations, 2012.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹550,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Vapi, Gujarat (Vapi, Valsad District): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

License/Certification:

- Company Secretary (preferred)
