Job Title: Senior Telecaller Associate

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad

Department: Sales / Admissions / Customer Support

Reporting To: Branch Manager / Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Telecaller Associate to handle lead follow-ups, interact with prospective students/customers, and support the admissions/sales process.

The role mainly focuses on calling leads, explaining courses/services, maintaining proper follow-ups, and achieving conversion targets. You will also help maintain call quality and support smooth coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Handle outbound and inbound calls effectively

Follow up with leads regularly and maintain proper communication

Convert enquiries into admissions or sales

Explain courses, services, and offerings clearly to prospects

Ensure timely updates on follow-ups and conversions

Maintain good call quality and customer handling standards

Handle basic queries and resolve customer concerns

Meet daily and monthly calling and conversion targets

Required Skills :



Strong communication and convincing skills

Positive follow-up and conversion ability

Excellent telephone etiquette

Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and CRM tools

Good organizational and time management skills

Problem-solving ability

Target-oriented mindset

Language Requirement (mandatory)

Good communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi

Qualification & Experience

Bachelor’s degree (any stream)

3-5 years of experience in telecalling, telesales and customer support

Experience in the education or training sector is an added advantage

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
