- Generate high-quality leads and improve ROI for clients
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages
- Coordinate with design and content teams for ad creatives

Requirements :

- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing
- Robust knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Experience in lead generation campaigns
- Ability to analyze metrics like CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS
- Data-driven mindset

Good to Have

- Experience in healthcare or local business marketing
- Knowledge of funnels, landing pages, and conversion tracking
