Job Role: Placement Coordinator

A Placement Coordinator responsible for helping a company in tie-up with other companies and getting the resourced placed..

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Contact & reach out to company HR's/HR department for tie ups & collaboration
- Share relevant student CV's with companies as per requirement
- Arrange / schedule interview of students and take follow up with HR's
- Communicate regularly with senior management on the progress.
- Understand the company's services and be able to explain them to HR, recruiters and Hiring managers

Qualifications :

- Strong English communication skills.
- We prefer around 1+ year of Experience in any field.
- Robust communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to think strategically and identify potential opportunities.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
