Job Description: Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT Sales roles across US & Europe

- Hire for positions such as:

- Enterprise Sales Managers

- Account Executives

- Business Development Managers

- Regional Sales Leaders

- Coordinate with stakeholders and hiring managers

- Handle offer negotiations and closures :

- Maintain strong pipeline and ensure quick turnaround time

Required Skills Must Have

- Experience in IT Sales Hiring (mandatory) :

- Hiring experience in:

- SaaS Sales

- Enterprise Sales

- B2B IT Sales

- Exposure to US / Europe hiring markets :

- Robust understanding of sales metrics (quota, ARR, pipeline) :

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work as an individual contributor

Preferred





- Experience in Product-based / SaaS companies (High Priority) :

- Experience in IT staffing firms handling US/Europe clients :

- Exposure to FinTech / Banking domain hiring

- Must be based in Chennai or willing to relocate

- Immediate to 30 days joiners only (No notice period negotiation)
