The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, handling inbound and outbound calls, coordinating with the field sales team, following up with customers, and supporting sales closure to achieve company targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound sales enquiries and convert leads into sales opportunities

- Coordinate with field sales team for meetings, demos, and closures

- Follow up on quotations, payments, and order confirmations

- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

- Handle customer objections and provide product information

- Support dealer onboarding and order processing

- Prepare daily call reports and sales MIS

- Graduate / 12th pass (preferred)

- 0-1 years experience in inside sales / tele sales / ISD

- Good communication skills (Hindi & English; regional language preferred)

- Robust follow-up and convincing skills

- Ability to work under sales targets and pressure

Preferred Industry Experience :

- Kitchen appliances / chimney / consumer durables
