Job Summary : We are looking for a seasoned AGM / GM - Sales to head sales operations for large-scale residential real estate projects. The role is responsible for driving overall sales strategy, revenue growth, team leadership, channel partner management, and ensuring timely achievement of business targets across projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and execute sales strategy for residential projects (apartments, villas, townships)
- Lead and manage regional/project sales teams including Managers and site staff
- Drive revenue, bookings, and collection targets as per business plan
- Oversee channel partner onboarding, performance, and relationships
- Collaborate with marketing teams on launch plans, campaigns, and pricing strategies
- Handle key corporate clients, HNIs, and bulk deal negotiations
- Monitor sales funnel, conversion ratios, and customer experience
- Ensure compliance with RERA, legal, and documentation processes
- Prepare budgets,



sales forecasts, and periodic MIS for leadership review
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and recommend corrective actions

Qualifications & Experience :

- Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA - Sales/Marketing preferred)
- 12-18 years of experience in residential real estate sales
- Proven experience handling large ticket-size projects and teams
- Strong exposure to project launches and go-to-market strategies

CTC : Competitive, commensurate with experience + performance-linked incentives

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month
