This role requires someone who understands the unique demands of EPC projects and can identify, attract, and onboard top talent to support our growing business.

Key Responsibilities

a) Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs in EPC projects.

c) Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, interviews, and offer negotiations.

d) Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future project requirements.

e) Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in recruitment practices.

f) Collaborate with HR and project teams to align hiring strategies with organizational goals.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

2. Proven 4yrs experience in talent acquisition within the EPC/engineering & construction industry.

3.



Strong understanding of technical roles such as estimation, billing, planning, and design engineering.

4. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

5. Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
