Role & Responsibilities :
- Coordinate service calls and assign technicians
- Schedule installations, repairs, and maintenance visits
- Communicate with customers regarding service status
- Prepare service reports, job cards, and follow-ups
- Maintain service records and customer data
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations
Requirements :
- Good communication skills
- Ability to handle customers and multitasking
- Experience in service coordination is an advantage
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
